Tub base Tuesday: Lacey wood

 

 

Doesn't this look like the perfect setting to read a juicy romance novel?

 

This intricately carved wood reminds me of old lace. The bathroom looks shabby chic, however, I think these wood shutters, bench and tub surround would look equally good if mixed with some more modern elements.

 

Overall, it is a tres, tres romantique looking bathroom. I'm sure a

lot of candle lite bubble baths have been taken in this tub.
